Alan Wayne McGee, 54, passed away at his home in Point Enterprise on June 6, 2016.
Graveside services were 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 8, in the Point Enterprise Cemetery with Bro. Eddie Hayworth officiating.
Visitation with the family was 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, at Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home.
Alan was born in Wichita Falls on Oct. 6, 1961, to Jerry and Patricia Barton McGee. He lived in the Mexia area most of his life. He worked as an auto mechanic for a number of years.
Alan was a loving son, father, grandfather and brother. He was a friend to many and will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him. He was also a member of the Point Enterprise Baptist Church.
Alan is survived by his parents, Jerry and Pat McGee of Mexia; son, Michael McGee of Eureka Calif.; three granddaughters; brother, Lane McGee of Mexia; sister, Teresa Wright of Mexia; and a number of nieces and nephews.
