Shree Evette Medlock passed from this life on Dec. 3, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Dec 7 at Northcrest Church of Christ in Mexia. Services and arrangements entrusted to Pearly Gates Funeral home of Mexia.
Medlock was born to Howard Lee Medlock and Mary Alice Medlock on May 8, 1968.
She was baptized Oct. 14, 1979. She graduated from Mexia High School May 1986.
Shree married Alford Lee Carter. This union produced three children; daughter, Arlecia Medlock and two sons, Frederic Le’Anthony Carter and Alford Lee Carter III “Tre”.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, George and Vearlean Medlock, Stewart Freeman (wife) and Janie Mae Dunn (Collie); sister, Stephanie Renee’ Medlock and son, Frederic La’Anthony Carter.
She is survived by her partner, Kenneth White; parents, Howard (Lisa) Medlock; Mary Medlock; sisters, Felicia Medlock, Jeania (Tim) Domon; brothers, David (Demetria) Johnson, Jayar Howard Medlock; daughter, Arlecia (Kalista) Medlock; son, Alford Lee Carter III “Tre”; grandson, James Michael Medlock and beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
