Mary Earl Phillips passed away on Nov. 26, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 2 at Mt. Gideon Primitive Baptist Church of Doyle.
Phillips was born on July 5, 1955 in Dallas to the parentage of the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard Phillips. She was a graduate of Groesbeck High School in Groesbeck. She worked and retired from the County Tax Office in Wichita Falls, Texas for 39 years until her health failed her. Her love for her family was priceless. She was a faithful member at her church. One of her favorite scripture in the bible was Proverbs 3:5-6. She played the piano and donated to St. Jude Children Research hospital for many years.
She leaves to cherish her memories: sisters, Minnie Blocker, Marie Forge and Ethelene Phillips; brothers, Richard (Ruthie) Phillips, Sammy (Trina) Phillips and Christopher Phillips and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
